Please let me know whether you enquiry relates to individual or couples sessions and what constraints you might have on day / time for sessions. This is so that I can firstly confirm that I might have an available session to match your requirements. I appreciate how frustrating it can be to feel ready to explore therapy only to find that I do not currently have any availability to match yours. Where this is the case I may be able to signpost to alternative trusted colleagues.
